Enterprise Architecture (EA) Governance Tool

U.S. Bank

Problem: Organizations managing EA initiatives lacked a clear, accessible way to ensure governance procedures were followed consistently, completed on time, and routed to the right teams.

Outcome:  An accessible SaaS tool that routes work correctly between user groups, educates users on the rationale behind each step, and delivers an inclusive experience, built iteratively with continuous research baked into the process.

Reduced employee time by 65%.

My Role: UX Designer, Researcher, Interaction Designer

Deliverables: Wire frames - UI Specs - Visual Design - Research Prototypes

Lean UX & Stakeholder Collaboration

Working alongside Product and the Development team, I helped shape a strategic MVP design approach — gathering requirements from stakeholders, producing wire frames and high-fidelity mock ups, and facilitating user research studies.

User Flow Mapping

Iterative Usability Research

For each new feature, I ran quick usability studies with prototypes to validate design decisions before development. Developers served as note-takers, and findings were presented to the product owner and stakeholders together.
